Bylaws & Incorporation
Our bylaws govern the organization as a whole, keeping our operations performing to the highest standards.
The organization is incorporated under the laws of the State of California and shall be known as the Avalon Beautiful Association (ABA).
Principal Offices: 519 Crescent Ave., Avalon CA 90704
Mailing Address: Post Office Box 1272, Avalon CA 90704 will serve as the official mailing address for all correspondence.
Agendas and Minutes
Agendas are prepared and shared with the membership via email at least one (1) day prior to each meeting. Minutes of each meeting will be approved at the subsequent meeting. Following approval, both will be posted here for public review. Earlier documentation is not available in digital format, so if you can’t find what you’re looking for, please email us and we’ll find it for you.
