Clarity in finances and provision of proof of insurance are critical components for any non-profit organization to display professionalism and engender trust and credibility for all concerned.

Finances

Avalon Beautiful finances are primarily managed by the Treasurer with monthly reports provided to the Board. The signatories on the bank account itself are the President, Vice President and Treasurer.

Financial disclosures and the like for the State of California are separately managed by the organization’s bookkeeping firm and supervised by the Executive Board.

Insurance

As a registered non-profit organization, Avalon Beautiful is required to hold insurance to cover any issues that may arise.
